'Seeking a challenging role' tells the reader nothing. Replace it with your title, your years of experience, your domain and one number that proves scale.

Example: 'Supply chain analyst with 6 years in FMCG across the GCC. Cut warehouse stockouts 34% and manage a 12-supplier network across three countries.'

'Responsible for social media' describes a job description. 'Grew Instagram from 4k to 61k followers in 11 months, driving 18% of online sales' describes a hire.

A simple pattern for every bullet: action verb, what you did, the measurable result, the timeframe. If you have no number, use scale instead: team size, budget, number of clients, volume handled.

You do not need a new CV per application. Change three things: the summary line, the top three bullets of your most recent role, and the order of your skills list so the advert's top requirements appear first.

That is enough to move keyword coverage from mediocre to strong without rewriting your history.

Under ten years of experience: one page. Above that: two pages maximum. Anything longer signals an inability to prioritise, and the last pages are rarely read.
