Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CvRatingAI regarding your use of cvratingai.com and all tools available on it (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

CvRatingAI provides free, AI-assisted career tools: an ATS resume analyzer, a job-match optimizer, a cover letter generator, a country-aware salary estimator and a CV builder, in English and Arabic.

The Service is provided at no cost and is supported by advertising. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

No account is required. We do not store the resumes or job descriptions you submit.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You agree not to: submit content you have no right to submit; upload another person's personal data without a lawful basis; use the Service to create misleading, fraudulent or defamatory documents; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service; circumvent rate limits or security controls; or resell the Service or its outputs as your own automated product.

We may restrict or block access where use is abusive, unlawful or degrades the Service for others.

All scores, match percentages, salary ranges, letters and resume drafts are generated by an artificial intelligence model and are provided for informational purposes only.

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Salary estimates are indicative modelling of public market patterns and are not an offer, a benchmark study or financial advice.

The Service is not a recruitment agency, employment consultancy, legal advisor or career counsellor, and no professional relationship is created by using it.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and editing any output before submitting it to an employer, and for the accuracy of every statement you make in a job application.

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the sole purpose of producing the result you requested.

You own the outputs you generate and may use them for personal or commercial job-seeking purposes without attribution.

The CvRatingAI name, logo, interface, templates, design system and source code remain our property and may not be copied or redistributed.

The Service displays advertising served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party websites such as PressPdf.org.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, privacy practices or availability. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

Advertising practices, including cookie use, are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance, upstream provider outages or capacity limits may cause downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CvRatingAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost opportunities, lost employment, lost earnings, or losses arising from reliance on AI output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CvRatingAI from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
